<p>KKR had its fate in its own hands and the Knights made sure they remained strongly at the 4th spot of IPL 2021 as they thrashed Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 86 runs in its last league game.<br />Put into bat, KKR had a cautious start but soon their batters cut loose. Shubman Gills 2nd consecutive half century helped Kolkata finish at 171/4, the highest score in Sharjah for the season. Rajasthans batting fell flat once again as they were reduced to 35/7.
