Synopsis

<p>With just over a month to go for the World T20,&nbsp;Pakistan&rsquo;s head coach&nbsp;Misbah-ul-Haq and bowling coach&nbsp;Waqar Younis made a shocking announcement of stepping down from their roles. Due to the current change of regime in the Pakistan cricket association,&nbsp;where&nbsp;Ramiz Raja&nbsp;will take over the role of&nbsp;chairman soon, is said to have an influence on their decision. Raja has been very vocal about how Misbah and Waqar aren&rsquo;t the best coaches for the Pakistan team. &nbsp;</p> <p>Misbah on the other hand said that because of the current bio-secure environment, he couldn&rsquo;t spend more time with his family and that has influenced his decision. &nbsp;</p> <p>Saqlain Mushtaq and Abdul Razzaq would be replacing them for an interim period for the upcoming bilateral series against New Zealand.
