<p>Star all-rounder Mohammed Nabi has been named as Afghanistans captain for the World T20 after Rashid Khan decided to step down over squad selection conflict.</p> <p>Rashid tweeted to say that since the selection committee and ACB didnt obtain his consent before selecting the team, he has decided to step down as the skipper with immediate effect. </p> <p>Rashid, who is the world’s top-ranked bowler in Twenty20s, was named Afghanistan captain for the T20 World Cup in July.
