Ajay (Sunny Deol) is a well-mannered, self-respecting, chivalrous man living with his mother and sister. He meets a bratty, entitled Rama (Karisma Kapoor), who thinks rather highly of herself and her riches. While they start off on rocky ground, Ajay's saves her from a bunch of lecherous villains, also unmasking the raunchy face of her fiancé.
