An uneducated man named Phullu lives with his mother and sister in a small town and is famous for not doing any work other than helping the women of his village by getting them things from the city. During one of his visits to the city, he is made aware of women’s menstruation troubles and how women in his village suffer due to the inconvenience caused by lack of proper facilities. Phullu then attempts to create awareness as well as affordable sanitary napkins for women in rural areas.
