Shukla The Tiger

The series revolves around a gangster named the Tiger by the ones that knew him. He was not one of your regular gangsters who would cause a nuisance and get their business done. He was someone who took the whole system, including the police and the government, into a choke hold and it became absolutely necessary to get a hold of him as soon as possible. What could he have done so ridiculously dangerous that every authority was on their toes to catch him?
