Two inseparable friends, Yash Thakur (Sanjay Kapoor) and Suraj Prakash (Salman Khan) go their separate ways after completing their education. While Yash takes over his father’s business that discreetly deals in criminal activities, Suraj becomes a CBI officer. Yash marries his sweetheart Prathna (Shilpa Shetty) and knowing the risk involved in running a business, he asks Suraj to look out for his wife. But Suraj is on a mission. He is assigned to investigate his innocent friend who the CBI believes is a criminal. Now, Suraj must not only protect Yash but also find out the real culprit behind the criminal activities. But some shocking revelations might just threaten their friendship.
