Synopsis

Kartik Deepotsav is celebrated on Kartika Purnima or the fifteenth lunar day of Kartik mass. It is also known as Tripuri Purnima and Tripurari Purnima. It is sometimes called Deva-Diwali or Deva-Deepawali, the festival of lights of the gods.
