Age Ratings : All Ages Vasudeva Sutham Devam is one of the most famous and popular Ashtakam of Sri Krishna.The term ashtakam (Sanskrit: अषà¥à¤Ÿà¤•à¤®à¥ aá¹£á¹akam), also often written astakam, is derived from the Sanskrit word aá¹£á¹Ä, meaning “eightâ€. In context of poetic compositions, ‘ashtakam' refers to a particular form of poetry, written in eight stanzas. Sri Krishna Ashtakam is recited on almost every event associated with Lord Krishna including Sri Krishna Janmashtami. The Sri Krishna Ashtakam is also played at various Krishna temples regularly.
