Being the sons of a miserly wealthy industrialist father named Dhaniram (Kader Khan), Ajay (Shashi Kiran) and Vijay (Raj Kiran) want easy access to family riches but can't have it. Dhaniram's adopted son, Ravi (Govinda) though loves him truly and is the one who treats him like a father. Frustrated with their father's miserly attitude, his sons plan to entrap him.
