Sakalancha Shree Swami Samarth

Poor farmers Maruti and his wife Laxmi toil day in and out, against all odds, to ensure their younger daughter Anita gets an education to become a collector. Laxmi is an ardent Swami Samarth devotee while Maruti is an agnostic who believes more in the God within humans than the one sitting in temples. One day, Maruti meets Swami Samarth disguised as a hungry beggar and his life takes a drastic turn from thereon. Faced with tough new challenges, both Laxmi and Maruti's beliefs are questioned.
