Himmatram (Dinesh Hingoo), a rich businessman, is deeply disappointed in his alcoholic son, Sunderlal (Sunil Pal), and wills everything to his grand-niece, Suman (Sanghmitra), with the condition that the estate will be owned by Suman's future husband.
