After death of parents, rich industrialist Sandeep is the only surviving member of his family. He falls in love with Sulochana who is brought up in an orphanage and wants to marry into a family full of in-laws. Sandeep’s uncle comes up with a master plan. Uncle makes arrangement for ‘family-members’ so that Sandeep can marry. However, in this process, uncle has not bargained for the messes and goof ups that are likely to follow; a series of blunders and bloopers which almost avert the marriage.
