Abhay Rathod (a mumbai police Inspector) & Mehul Vekaria (an advocate) happen to meet at a temple. Both are praying to God to get rid of their wives and in the process they become very good friends. They also share with each other their fantasies of a dream girl and reveal about their lost love. Abhay used to be in love with Bela in his collge days & Mehul used to love Sheela.
