- Roze Har Ummat Par Farz
Muslims all over the world fast from dawn to dusk during the month of Ramzan, which is the ninth month in the Islamic calendar and is considered an auspicious period. Observing a fast during this month is the fourth pillar of Islam, meaning the practice is considered mandatory for all Muslims. The objective of the fast is to remind the faithful of the suffering of the less fortunate and to bring them close to God. Muslims also donate alms to the poor and feed the hungry during Ramzan.
