Jai (Shahid Kapoor) falls in love with Neha (Kareena Kapoor) who initially plays hard to get, but gradually begins to put her guard down. Once they profess their love to each other, Jai finds out that some goons from the underworld are threatening Neha to repay a huge sum of money that her father had borrowed from them.
