Pappu Can't Dance Saala

A man from Varanasi, Vidyadhar, moves to Mumbai and finds a place to stay on rent. However, the rented place is exclusively for sales tax officers. Constant vigilance raids force him to hide on the terrace and stay there all night. Mehak, a struggling dancer, moves into the chaotic neighbourhood. Vidyadhar and Mehak are constantly at loggerheads with each other over trivial matters. One night, there is another vigilance raid and Mehak gets caught. She is thrown out of her flat. Vidyadhar manages to escape. With no place to go, Mehak breaks into Vidyadhar's flat and plans to stay there. They both continue with their petty fights to a point where Vidyadhar takes a decision that changes both their lives.
