House Guul: Laughter Per Sq. Ft.

Age Ratings : All Ages 7/12 extract and a house, two concepts related to land acquisition in Maharashtra, are anthropomorphised in this comic play aiming to bring forth the long-prevailing land issues of common man. These ‘concepts’ go to the city to find out if people are facing issues due to 7/12 extract and realise how the builders are fooling middle-class people by. The people are promised countless outdoor amenities and access to nearest airport, which hikes the price, and are ultimately given a box-sized apartment in exchange of their hard-earned money.
