Synopsis
People at NIL are upset because of the garbage lying outside the institute. When the local municipality doesn't help them, few private agencies propose to build a solid dumping place for NIL. Suddenly, some government officials show interest in inaugurating the dumping place for their personal benefit. In the end, NIL's efforts are appreciated for taking up the issue of building the dumping place.
