Synopsis

Mr Dinkar is to visit NIL from the Education Ministry to approve a grant for NIL. He doesn't like anyone sneezing around him as he is suffering from cold. Ms Dixit. gets a bad sneezing fit which causes everyone to sneeze. When Mr Dinkar arrives everyone around him tries their best to control their sneeze but eventually ends up sneezing, jeopardising the chance to get a grant.
