Jay Singh lives with his family. Unfortunately, his father gets killed, and both he and his mother fight back for justice, but it doesn't help them. He falls in love with Seema, the daughter of Editor Aadesh Varma, and gets engaged to her. Jay aspires to be a police officer. But before he could become an officer, Jay finds himself framed for the murder of Aadesh. On his return, he ties the knot with Seema, and both end up being shocked and surprised to see that Seema's house is now in the hands of a criminal don, Lala Ranjan, who wants to bring down the structure and construct a hotel, while Aadesh's death has been written off as an accident. Will Jay be able to serve himself and his family the justice they deserve or will he get himself trapped by Lala Ranjan?
