A talented but struggling qawwali singer, Aman is trying to make his mark in the world of music. He meets Shabnam and falls in love with her. Shabnam also falls for his charm and they both decide to get married. However, Shabnam's father rejects Aman and fixes her marriage with someone else. Lost and dejected, Shabnam elopes with Aman, and the duo settles in another city.
