All Pawan Bhalla wants is to marry his love, Pooja. However, her father forces him to fulfill one condition before marriage, which is to own a house in Mumbai. Finding a suitable home proves to be difficult, as living space in Mumbai comes at a premium. But Pawan's strong wish to marry Pooja forces him to get involved in several hilarious situations. Soon, he realizes that as a common man, he will have to struggle much more than expected, to have his own house in the city of dreams, Mumbai.
