Bhuvan Shome

A middle-aged widower Bhuvan Shome, working for Indian Railways, is a rigid disciplinarian. He doesn't hesitate to sack a corrupt junior as well as his own son for a petty offense. Later, his visit to the picturesque countryside of Gujarat brings him the pleasant realisation that there is life beyond his mundane routine. After meeting the simple village folk and living their lives, he returns to the city as a tranformed man. But the city might not let him stay that way for long.
