Ustad 420

Three criminals Jagoo, Ajit and Bansi manage to break out from a well-guarded prison but Ajit gets killed in the attempt. Ajit takes Pinto's name before passing off. Jagoo and Bansi take upon themselves to find out about Pinto and avenge their friend's murder. They shift to Bombay, where they get introduced to a car instructor, Shankar, who is later helped by the former duo to win a car race. After this incident, Shankar meets Pinto and he enters the smuggling business owned by Pinto. Dharamdas, owner of a factory, where Jagoo and Bansi are employed gets murdered and Shankar is considered to be the prime suspect. Will Shankar be convicted for a crime he never committed? Or is he involved in the murder?
