<p>US president Donald Trump has warned that the coronavirus crisis in the United States is likely to get worse before it gets better. At his first formal White House virus briefing since the end of April, Trump said: Some areas of our country are doing very well, Others are doing less well. It will probably unfortunately get worse before it gets better. After months of refusing to make masks mandatory, the president also urged the Americans to wear masks to help prevent the spread of the highly contagious virus which has killed more than 1.4 lakh people in the United States.</p>
