Synopsis

The Dave family's matchmaking woes reach new comedic heights when a flustered Sharda Maasi accidentally leaves them with the wrong suitor profile. Believing the new prospective groom, Parth, is unhealthily attached to a pet dog named "Sweety," Vasantlal and Sunita subject him to a bizarre and confusing living room interrogation regarding diapers, home-cooked meals, and rabies vaccinations. Parth, completely bewildered but polite, answers their questions earnestly, assuming they are discussing his child. The comedy abruptly shifts to poignancy during a private conversation on the terrace. Shivani is shocked to discover that Sweety is not a puppy, but Parth's five-year-old daughter, and that he is a grieving widower. Parth admits he is still deeply in love with his late wife, Dhara, and is primarily looking for a mother figure for his child rather than a true partner for himself. Recognizing that Parth is not emotionally ready to move on, Shivani handles the situation with grace and kindly ends the proposal.
