<p>Yoga and other physical relaxation methods can help reduce work-related stress, according to an analysis of studies conducted on healthcare staff. The trials evaluated the effects of massage therapy, progressive muscle relaxation, stretching and yoga on reducing stress and enhancing physical and mental health.</p> <p>Researchers found that only massage therapy and yoga were effective, with the latter being the best method.
