<p>According to a new study presented at the European Stroke Organisation (ESO) Conference, women are at a higher risk of heart attack and stroke than men. Yoga just might be the answer to your prayers</a></p> <p>For the study, researchers compared data of 22,000 men and women from the Swiss Health Survey from the year 2007 to 2017. During the 10 year follow-up period, work stress in participants rose from 59 percent to 66 percent. The trend coincided with an increase in the number of women working full-time from 38 percent to 44 percent. Over the same period, the number of participants (especially women) reporting sleep disorders and fatigue also went up.</p> <p>Although men are perceived to be at higher risk of heart attacks and strokes.
