Karan (Sunny Deol), who works for a dreaded gangster, is assigned to assasinate a professor but ends up falling in love with his daughter. Initially resisting his advances, she reciprocates his feelings and reforms him with her love. But she complies when her father forces her to marry a family friend, Raju (Salman Khan), and heartbroken Karan resorts to his old ways.
