Village belle Durga lives a fairly peaceful life, until her gypsy father crosses the wrong man, Thakur Dharampal Singh, and is severely beaten. He joins a band of robbers and takes revenge against the Thakur, who in turn kills his family. Durga helplessly watches her family die and the police refuses to get involved, fearing the powerful and influential Thakur. Durga is then left with only one choice - join forces with her father, take law into her own hands, and avenge the death of her family.
