Synopsis

Vyjayanthimala was perhaps the first heroine from South India who took the Bombay film industry by storm. She was not only a beautiful Bharatnatyam dancer but also a very versatile actress. No wonder directors like Bimal Roy, B R Chopra and others were soon keen to cast her in author-backed roles.
